What time should I arrive at the camp? What time will we need to leave the camp on the last day?
Our registration desk will be open the following hours each day of the Thing:
Wednesday – 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Thursday – 11:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday – 11:00 am – 6:00 pm
Lunch is included in your first day of the event. Lunch should be served at 1pm on the first day of the event and at 12:30 pm on every other day.
Check out time for all attendees is on Sunday, August 28th at 1:00 pm.
What is the event’s Covid-19 policy? Are masks required?
Our official Covid-19 policy is outlined here for attendees. Masks are encouraged but not required for indoor spaces.
Does your event have a Code of Conduct for attendees?
Yes, we do. You can find the Code of Conduct on our website.
Are pets permitted at the event?
The camp does not permit pets at the event no matter how well behaved.
Service animals are not subject to this restriction; however, we do ask that service animals be leashed for the duration of your stay at the event. Please let our Registrar know if you will be bringing a service animal.
What do I need to bring with me to the event?
We have a list of suggested items to bring along on our What to Bring page.
I have a question for one of the Northeast Thing Staff. How do I find them?
All NET Staff members will be wearing a rainbow silicone bracelet. In addition, if you go to the Registration Desk you can likely ask the volunteer for assistance finding the appropriate contact.
