For the 2024 Thing, we are not requiring documentation of vaccination or proof of a negative Covid-19 test in order to attend the event, unlike we have in recent years. This is not because we are taking this virus lightly. We fully expect that our community will remain committed to the health of all our attendees.
We continue to recommend that all attendees obtain any updated boosters to their Covid-19 vaccinations. We also request that attendees take a Covid-19 test in advance of departing for the event. We encourage masking during indoor portions of the event.
Please treat anyone who has decided to mask or requested personal space with respect and kindness. There are still many among us who may be immuno-compromised or otherwise more susceptible to Covid-19 and we should be protecting them.
Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell, have symptoms, or a fever of 100 degrees or higher. If you do become ill prior to the event and are unable to attend as a result, we will work to process a refund. If this becomes the case, please contact our Registrar.
